Craniosacral Therapy

CST is a hands-on tool using gentle hand pressure around the body and head to provide a safe and effective solution for addressing several symptoms stemming from anxiety, burnout, and other lifestyle related stressors.
This gentler therapy allows the nervous system to reset and open space for the body to feel whole again.
*Clients remain fully dressed, facing upright, and comfortable.
Experience feeling lighter, at ease, able to think more clearly, and enjoy a noticed sense of peace.

My therapeutic offering is designed to reduce muscle tension in painful and troublesome areas of the body. Addressing specific issues such as neck, back, and shoulder tension and chronic aches. I blend various techniques to release muscles, fascia, and impinged nerves.
These sessions can be totally customized to fit your need for the day. Just communicate with me about your goals and we can work that plan together.
